Staying at this hotel was like having a little apartment, which was perfect for our group. The rooms were very nice and well-appointed, clean, and stocked with all the necessary kitchenware and a working coffee pot, making our long stay very comfortable. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist us, even arranging for a crib from a nearby hotel. The location in the center of McAllen was convenient for us to access stores, restaurants, and both downtown and the freeway easily. While the dining experience was not the best, overall, the hotel offered great value for the price, including free dinners, breakfast, and even Dos Equis on tap. The facilities were well-maintained, making our stay pleasant.
